Live in an apartment? Let your property owner know about BayREN’s Multifamily Program. It helps building owners save money by upgrading old equipment and making energy-efficient improvements while boosting comfort and health for tenants.

Single Family Residents

Renting a house? You may qualify for BayREN’s EASE Home Program. This program helps cover the cost of health and energy upgrades. You pay just 20% of the cost—never more than $1,000—and BayREN covers the rest. Your landlord will need to approve, but it’s a win-win for everyone.
